CCRA certification

The National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (NAREA), a professional society based in Alexandria, MN, confers the designation of Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser (CCRA) to candidates who are state certified (not just licensed) or its equivalent, pay annual dues and are accepted by the NAREA. NAREA includes a rigorous code of ethics and represents more than 4,000 appraisers in the United States.
